There are no howling kids..and those puppies look cute!
The CJI and the CM of Maharashtra are admiring the cradle in the Creche and it’s contents..
Gook can’t help imagining that this is what they are thinking:
CJI: “We,the judges in India are such a formidable institution”
CM: “Are those puppies in the cradle watchdogs of our Constitution?”
