Choking with pollution
Numbered are their days
But Supreme logic prefers
To ostracize all the strays
Pick up every stray dog
Their bites are a disgrace
Vaccinate and sterilise all
Send them to far off place
In the designated shelters
Let them bark, bite enjoy
Don't get them back here
To choke in smoke and die
No road or expressway
Should have a single stray
If they fail to act on orders
Chief Secretaries will pay
These are landmark orders
Containing Supreme solution
But please don't petition us
To injunct Delhi's pollution...
