THE Supreme Court's Justice D.Y. Chandrachud, who is heading a three-judge bench hearing the case on COVID-19 management, has tested positive for the virus.
The matter was scheduled to be heard tomorrow but has now been deferred in view of the judge's indisposition.
The bench which also had Justices L Nageswara Rao and Ravindra Bhat last week constituted the National Task Force to assess and make recommendations for the entire country on the need for, availability and distribution of medical oxygen.
