Purbasha Panda is a labour law researcher based out of India. She is the co-founder of Policy Lab on Labour & Gender- An initiative by Saakhi. She has previously worked as an employment lawyer with some notable law firms in India. Her interest revolves around labour laws, issues at the intersection of business laws and human rights, and legal theory.
