All this is tested and tried
Most ambulances arrive
After the patient has died
Some building collapses
Some dead, several hurt
Such things are not new
During rains they spurt
We all ignore illegalities
In that find nothing odd
Should any disaster befall
We call it an 'Act of God'
If no one took permission
There's no one to blame
This is always the reason
Excuses too shall be same
If some court directs action
We'll take that as a mission
Else we await appointment
Of yet another commission
Mishaps here and there
Media sensationalised
If it was not regularised
