Our Assets

Our Assets
Published on

When we agreed to be milords
We knew law had many facets
But never did we imagine that
You'll want to know our assets

Restate all your judicial values
But don't you poke your nose
We hold all cards close to chest
Don't tell us what to disclose

We rushed to rescue justice
Before Titanic of arrears sank
On retirement's shore you ask
How much we have in our bank?

We are not cheap politicians
Sunk in corruption to the hilt
For us presumption is innocence
For them presumption is guilt

Just one milord's careless folly
Problems for us all has brought
We shall not declare any assets
But promise we won't get caught..
