Be it a dog's bark

Or the song of a bird

The right involved

Is the right to be heard!

What rankles lawyers

What doesn't make sense

Is mike, camera, action

Without physical presence

You assume that the blur

Which refuses to budge

As you try to connect

Must be the Hon'ble Judge..

All this is so lifeless

This set up, this scene

You search in this hearing

For your right to be seen!

If you remain inaudible

And cannot have your say

The ubiquitous computer

Will schedule another day

How long shall we suffer

And this charade continue?

Have we forgotten the PILs

And that lovely right to sue?
