Hand-spun or hand-woven
Which meant khadi and its ilk

It has taken quite a while
For a change of scene
Along with hand-crafted flags
Now we can use the machine

To change the rule of cotton
Many interests would pester
So patriotism can now be
Displayed in polyester!
