Surinder S Rathi

Surinder S Rathi is the Director of the national Legal Services Authority (NALSA) and an additional district and sessions court judge. Rathi has over two decades of experience in criminal jurisprudence and has been instrumental in drafting the "Compensation Scheme for Women Victims/Survivors of Sexual Assault/Other Crimes-2018”, among many other legislations in service of victimology and victim compensation jurisprudence.
