A large crow and two mynas sit in judgment over a big mouse’s misdeeds

[dropcap]G[/dropcap]OBBLE D. Gook is beginning to feel like the Mad Hatter in “Alice in Wonderland”.

One only has to look around to discover many Humpty Dumptys, but they never seem to have a fall, great or small.

Alice will never get anything chasing down the rabbit hole now. And if you look at the looking glass hoping to go through it, all you will find is your own face, staring like injustice at you.

Still, there is some relief in the thought that even mighty security cordons surrounding those in power cannot prevent a bird defecating on them. They may then launder their robes like their money. But the sight of any bird hovering around them will trouble them forever..

Because the complexity of recent events needs to be stated in allegorical terms almost like a nursery rhyme, this Law-merick is for both – for children who refuse to grow up, and for grown-ups who protect their robes at the sight of birds.

The misdeeds of a big mischievous mouse

Prompted one molested to lodge a grouse

A large crow & two mynas

Sat like a panel of hyenas

And found no mouse-substance, in house.
