[dropcap]T[/dropcap]HE Allahabad High Court has come down heavily on an advocate on the charge of misbehaving with the court staff members and criminal intimidation..Justice Suneet Kumar issued a show cause notice to advocate Akash Mani Tripathi, asking him to explain why he should not be debarred from entering the court premises pending disposal of the matter..In his order, Justice Kumar recorded, "It is informed by my staff that advocate Shri Akash Mani Tripathi, Allenganj, appearing for the petitioner in the instant writ petition had approached the office of my staff in my absence today, September 30, 2019 at 12.30 P.M. Sri Tripathi used derogatory language threatening the members of the staff with dire consequences. It is further informed that Sri Tripathi threatened of causing injury to the staff outside the court premises. The threat was made to the staff in the office of my chamber, as well as, in the presence of other persons in the gallery"..The order also indicated that the grievance of the advocate for the petitioner was that an order in his case had not been uploaded.."As a matter of rule, no mentions are accepted in chambers pertaining to court proceedings orders.
