Note: This poem is inspired by the recent notice issued by the Punjab and Haryana Bar Council to 16 lawyers with regards to allegations of 'bench hunting'.

This milord may have a grudge
That milord may not budge
We need to find a perfect judge

Our trusted milord is only one
With him our job will be done
But the new roster is no fun

Listen to what black coats say
With honest guys there's no way
So let's adjourn, avoid and delay

Upright Chiefs are of no use
They won't brook any excuse
So let all our friends recuse

For recusing no need for "why"
There won't be any hue and cry
Finally our case will get our guy!
