Hamlet dreamt of a Strange City
Sun looked saffron, sky was clear
He knew he was Prince of Denmark
He walked without any care or fear.
Suddenly some cops surrounded
"Who are you? Why are you here?"

"This seems to be some foreign city
I am curious, roaming, doing a recce."
Cops said, "No! We must interrogate.
Then you may decide, to be or not to be."
Perspiring, Hamlet woke up to a slap
"You look like an Urban Naxal to me!"

Note: Responding to criticisms over the much contested Maharashtra Public Security Bill, chief minister Devendra Fadnavis said on Saturday that the "law does not target protestors. It applies only to those who behave like urban naxals who pose a threat to public safety."
