A Big Chief's Big Award

A Big Chief's Big Award
Published on

Frustrated with litigation
Experts mooted arbitration
It was touted as a panacea
For all disputes of a nation

Offer our milords an inch
And they will want a mile
Arbitrations became havens
For the privileged and senile

They neither reduced costs
Nor cut down on any time
Fees which milords took
Were like an economic crime

Meritless cases winning big
Good causes getting nixed
Tongues soon began alleging
Everything is getting fixed

What passes off over here
Fails on international scene
Impartial scrutiny is enough
To expose a shallow "has been"

Our ex Big Chief's big award
Turned out to be copy pasted
What a shame for our country
A reputation lost, career wasted..
