Membership Policy
1. How do I become a member?
To become a member:
• Create an account on The Leaflet website.
• Navigate to the ‘membership’ section on the website and choose a membership plan.
• Complete your payment using a suitable mode of payment.
2. What benefits do I get by becoming a member of The Leaflet?
Apart from supporting The Leaflet’s work, by choosing to become a member you will receive the following benefits:
• Access to all archival data and material available on The Leaflet website from the year 2018.
• Free invites to attend all The Leaflet events, such as Constitution Day, Ambedkar Jayanti, Women’s Day, where luminaries and judges will be discussing relevant current issues.
• Daily bulletin via email and WhatsApp indicating the articles published on The Leaflet.
• Soft copies of all The Leaflet special issues.
3. Can I cancel the membership and avail a refund for the deactivated membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time, but please note that the membership fee is non-refundable. Further, there will be no refund to any subscriber in the event that the company decides to cease its operation due to any foreseeable and unforeseeable reason.
4. Can my membership be automatically renewed?
We will send you a reminder email towards the end of your annual membership period. You can renew your membership using the link provided in the email.
5. I don’t want to become a member. Can I still access the articles on your website?
Yes, you can access all the current month's articles, but not the archival data. You will also not receive the additional benefits listed above.
6. How do I change my payment plan?
You can change your payment plan when your membership is due for renewal. You can choose a different payment plan of your choice and proceed with the payment accordingly.
7. How do I cancel my existing plan?
You can cancel your membership by writing to us at subscription@theleaflet.in and we will process your request.
8. I have made the payment, but my plan is not active
Please write to us at subscription@theleaflet.in and we will resolve the problem.
9. How do I change my password?
You can login to your account on our website using your email address and password. Under ‘Profile’ there is an option to change your password.
10. What will happen if the renewal transaction fails?
If your renewal transaction fails, The Leaflet will rescind all the membership benefits. We suggest reauthorising your card, or trying a different payment method. If issues persist, please write to us at subscription@theleaflet.in.
11. What payment modes are accepted for membership payments?
Your payment can be processed by credit/debit card, Netbanking, UPI, or cash cards.
12. Will my credit card details and other payment details be safe?
Yes, all your online transactions with The Leaflet are secure. We comply with the latest RBI guidelines, including mandatory passcode authentication for added safety.
