Shrivastava has been transferred to the Rajasthan High Court while Justice Sabina from Rajasthan has been shifted to the Himachal Pradesh High Court..Patna High Court judge Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah and Allahabad High Court judge Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari have been shifted to the Andhra Pradesh High Court, and Kerala High Court judge Justice A.M. Badar to the Patna High Court..Justice Paresh R. Upadhyay has been moved from Gujarat to the Madras High Court..Two Allahabad High Court judges – Justices C.D. Singh and Yashwant Varma – have been moved to the Delhi High Court, while Justice Vivek Agarwal has been sent to the Madhya Pradesh High Court from Allahabad..The Collegium had made recommendations to this effect last month. Besides, it had also recommended the transfer of Calcutta High Court judge Justice Soumen Sen to the Orissa High Court and Madras High Court judge Justice T.S. Sivagnanam to the Calcutta High Court. The Centre is yet to notify these two appointments.
