Gurshabad manages legal and technical research in the freedom of expression team at CIS. He is interested in Indian constitutional law, intermediary liability, and advancing public interest in standards bodies such as the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). Prior to joining CIS, Gurshabad worked as a Legislative Assistant to a Member of Parliament (LAMP) Fellow. Gurshabad holds a degree in computer science and engineering.
