Arif Ayaz Parrey studied law at Aligarh Muslim University and has decade-and-a-half years of experience as an editor and writer. In the past, he has worked with the Centre for Science and Environment, Navayana Publishing Pvt. Ltd., Centre for Dialogue and Reconciliation and Honour newsmagazine, besides being engaged in various capacities with other magazines and initiatives. His work has been published in the Caravan, EPW and Outlook, among others, and anthologized in several books.
