Gobble D. Gook was impressed by the reported submissions of Senior Counsel for Maharashtra even as the SC concluded it’s hearings in all the Petitions seeking an independent probe into the death of CBI Judge B.H.Loya.
The ex-AG fiercely urged the bench to remain “fiercely independent” and in his view the way to do that was to fiercely dismiss all the petitions.
Gook particularly loved his use of ‘Paterfamilias’ to describe the CJI..reminded him of Mario Puzo’s books.
